Suggestions
Hi Al, I couldnt find the other posts for this so I started it here. A sugestion is for the advancement requirements is to be able to set up the craft (I would prefer the term program as I found craft confusing) the ablity to set up an age structure somewhere. We have 4 different kids age programs and 1 adults program, I know some other schools out there definatly have different aged programs. Thanks John

If you have four different programs then maybe just specify them in the Craft text box. For example, "Karate - Adults", "Karate - Ages 4-6", "Karate - Ages 7-12" and "Karate - Ages 13-17". If I'm not understand the question, then please provide more details.

Hi Al, Would there be some scope to be able to change/edit/taylor the contacts section. For example be able to change what the assosiations are? Either being able to edit or add fields would be good. As I would like to set up a list which is my media contact list so when I send off press releases I can group them together. Thanks John PS If I have sample letters and contracts that I want to add to the forum how do I upload them or do you just want to copy paste the text?

The Association box on the Contact Screen will accept edits. You can type whatever you want in their. In the next upgrade, I can make the list also show any new (user) entries in the drop down list. As for the forms, you can link your post to your website or you can email to me and I will give you the URL. I also have some forms to post.
