Quick Look Function
on the quick look function you can look up overdue payments but is there any way that I can tap onto the students name and it takes me straight to their record? At the moment I am going to the entry screen and then onto students and then searching their name to get their record. Also is there a way of counting how many students are with overdue payments other than manually counting them with your finger? regards Vincent

You may want to use the Student Grid View screen. With the Customize button, add the Balance column. Then, do a Column Search for Balance > 0. This will filter all students with an outstanding balance, show the number of records, and you can get to the student entry screen for a record by clicking the Go To Selected Record button.
