Prospective Student
Get an error message every time I try to add a prospect. I have tried everything I know to try and am still unable to add. I have closed the network, shutdown the system, repaired database, reloaded database with no luck. How do I do this? Thanks in advance Al or anyone.

These type problems are typically the result of the database getting corrupted. A quick way to see if it is the database is to backup your current database, restore with a clean database from your SMAM CD, then see if the error still occurs with the clean database. If no error then zip and send us your database and we will fix it.
