not scanning in
Hi When I go to the "scan your ID Card through the sensor" screen it won't let me scan. Everytime I scan it beeps and then flashes up in red on the screen "scanning disabled". I can choose a student with the mouse from the drop down menu but they won't scan in. I there a setting somewhere that I have to enable. I know the scanner works because I can scan in the barcode number in other area of the program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are scanning settings in the Options Screen which can be accessed from the File menu however I do not think you will find the solution here. Please email me with the type of scanner setup you are using. Scanning a barcode should not disable scanning. Clicking a button or drop down will.
