finger scanner w/database on another networked pc
I can get the scanner to work when the hasp and scanner are attached to the pc with the database, but not they are attached to a networked pc. It says "no usb key". Do I have to have hasps on both?

For other viewers, this problem was resolved through emails. The HASP key should be on the same PC as the scanner when your PC's are networked. If at first it does not work properly then try rebooting, unplugging/replugging, etc. It's hardware and sometimes PC's are sluggish at accepting new hardware.
