Thanks for any help you can give. 1 - When I print out a standard letter it calls for fields in the header like your name address etc, but they come up blank. Where is this data supposed to be input? I have went to the options page and entered a logo, company name, etc but does not show up. 2- on the billing tab. Can you simplify the process for me? When you enter an auto billing invoice doest it ever stop? Can you have it notify you of a pending ending contract? How does it know how many months to charge. Thanks again

I have went to the options page and entered a logo, company name, etc but does not show up. Answer: Just replace this text with your business information. This info doesn't change and therefore does not require a field tag. 2- on the billing tab. Can you simplify the process for me? When you enter an auto billing invoice doest it ever stop? Can you have it notify you of a pending ending contract? How does it know how many months to charge. Answer: It does not stop. To see pending ending contracts go to the Reports Screen, Enrollment Reports tab. The reports of this tab work off of the start and finish dates you enter for class enrollments. When a Class Enrollment ends it will be shaded in the Class Enrollment grid on the Student screen. The autobilling has no auto turn off.
