Attendance Notification and/or Alert
Hi, let me say I'm very impressed by the software. Great value for the $$$. I was wondering if there is a function that would allow my program director to be notified if a student had not attended class for a specified period of time. For example, if a student had not come to class for 1 week the software (hopefully) would have some type of message stating that the student was absent for that weeks worth of classes. This may be a case of my school not using the Attendance Analyzer Grid properly/effectively. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you look at it with the Attendance Analyzer click 'Current Week' then the OK button. If no atendance then the box will be red with 0% in it. You can also get an attendance report from the last tab on the Reports Screen. The Batch Attendance Screen will also display attendance for the selected week.
