add payment window
Would it be feasabile to put an Apply and email reciept button on the add payment page. This would be quicker then waitin on a printer. Thanks

If I understand you correctly you want a button that applies the payment and also emails a receipt to the student. Let me know if that is correct.

so when i take money for a previously added purchases and just need to add a payment. i can send a reipt via email at the same time.

Looks good but not working
Added a payment for two different accounts and clicked apply and send reciept via email. it seemed to run something (a quick flash on the screen) then no email. It looks to have added the payment but no email. this is what i am looking for. thanks for the effort. any ideas?

Update, apparently it did send the email, but with no notice to me. I just got one email from a -*test*-('") i sent to myself. Maybe add a info box to confirm the mail was sent to avoid confusion. Thanks

It will actually send the email to your drafts and the next time Outlook does a send/receive it will go out. A copy of the email should be in your sent folder.
