Is the problem that the site page does not open or that the video does not play when you select a stream option?

I know it does not work on Windows 98 but works very well on Windows XP with SP2. I'm not sure about all the Operating Systems in between. The file is about 53MB. The quality of the video is not all that great but I think it gets the basic message across.

I was able to download the video clip and it worked perfect for me. I was surprised at how many options and functions that I had missed.
