Al, Downloaded 2.7 and now SM will not open. Says access denied...what should I do? Thanks, Mick

It sounds like you got a bad download. Try downloading again and make sure you select Save rather than Open when downloading.

That was the issue. I had my network open and probably the reason it did not work the first time. Others might want to close their network before they choose to download. Working fine now.
